These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the wmark.me service ("Service"), including the Telegram bot, Max bot, and web application.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Service.
wmark.me provides tools for automatically adding watermarks to photos, videos, and animations via:
Depending on your plan, additional features are available: multiple simultaneous watermarks, animated watermark position, file type filters, stop words, channel captions, repost processing, custom fonts and text outline, and helper bots (Telegram).
No separate registration is required — a Telegram or Max account is sufficient to use the Service. If you use the web application with email login, you are responsible for the security of your account and all actions performed under it.
Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.
The Service is available on several subscription plans. Current terms and pricing are published at wmark.me/pricing. Payment is processed via Robokassa. Refund terms are governed by the Public Offer.
The Service temporarily stores uploaded files solely for processing. Files are deleted automatically after processing and delivery. We do not store your media files permanently.
Your user identifier (Telegram ID or Max ID) and email address (if using the web application) are processed solely to provide the Service and identify your subscription.
User-created content (watermark templates, fonts, connected channels) is stored on the Service servers.
If a user is inactive for 6 (six) months, all their data is automatically and permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery. Activity is defined as: applying a watermark to a media file, processing a post in a connected channel, or paying for a subscription.
The user will receive warning messages in the bot 7 days and 1 day before deletion.
After deletion, the account remains registered but all created content is permanently removed.
When using the Service, you may not:
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for disruptions caused by Telegram, Max, or other platforms outside our control.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent billing period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Telegram bot, Max bot, or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
