Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Volodin, TIN 666307848501, OGRIP 321665800088155 (hereinafter "Provider"), publishes this Public Offer to conclude a service agreement for automatic watermarking of media files, in accordance with Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.1. This document ("Offer") is the Provider's official proposal to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below.
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer ("Acceptance") occurs upon any of the following actions:
The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of Acceptance.
1.3. Continued use of the Service after a new version of the Offer is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service (wmark.me) — the software platform available at https://wmark.me, via Telegram bot @wmarkbot and Max bot @id666307848501_bot, and through the WebApp, enabling automatic watermarking of photos, videos, and animations.
Client — any capable individual or authorised representative of a legal entity who has accepted this Offer.
Provider — IE Volodin Sergey Vladimirovich, operating the Service.
Subscription Plan — a set of access conditions including available features, limits, and pricing.
Subscription Period — the paid period (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year) during which the chosen plan is active.
3.1. The Provider agrees to grant the Client access to wmark.me under the chosen subscription plan; the Client agrees to pay for access as set out in this Offer.

Free:
— price: 0 RUB;
— photo watermarking in personal messages (Telegram and Max);
— no channel or video support.
Lite:
— 200 RUB/month · 600 RUB/3 months · 2,200 RUB/year;
— photo watermarking;
— 1 connected channel (Telegram or Max).
Normal:
— 400 RUB/month · 1,200 RUB/3 months · 4,400 RUB/year;
— photos and video;
— up to 15 channels;
— up to 3 GB/day, max file size 300 MB.
Middle:
— 1,200 RUB/month · 3,600 RUB/3 months · 13,200 RUB/year;
— photos and video;
— up to 20 channels;
— up to 10 GB/day, max file size 2 GB.
Pro:
— 1,800 RUB/month · 5,400 RUB/3 months · 19,800 RUB/year;
— photos and video;
— up to 30 channels;
— up to 15 GB/day, max file size 2 GB.
4.2. Current prices are published at https://wmark.me/pricing. The Provider may change prices with at least 7 (seven) calendar days' notice.
4.3. Payment is made in Russian rubles via the Robokassa payment service.
4.4. Access to the paid plan is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

6.1. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting support@wmark.me.
6.2. No refund is made for unused days of an already-started paid period. Access to the paid plan remains until the end of the period.
6.3. A full refund is available within 3 (three) business days of payment, provided that no paid features have been used in that period. To request a refund, email support@wmark.me.
6.4. Refunds are returned to the original payment card within 10 (ten) business days of approval.
6.5. If the Service is unavailable due to the Provider's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours, the Client may request a proportional refund for that period.
7.1. The Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by Telegram, Max, or other third-party platforms outside the Provider's control; for processing quality resulting from poor source files; for consequences of the Client's violation of this Offer; or for losses due to force majeure.
7.2. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the most recent billing period.
8.1. The Provider processes Client data (Telegram ID or Max ID, email address where provided) solely for identification and Service delivery, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006.
8.2. The Provider does not share personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments.
8.3. Media files submitted for processing are not stored permanently and are deleted from the Provider's servers within a technically reasonable period after processing is complete.
9.1. Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure — government actions, epidemics, natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or other events the parties could not foresee or prevent.
9.2. The affected party must notify the other within 5 (five) business days. A document from an authorised government authority is sufficient proof.
9.3. If force majeure continues for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, either party may terminate the Agreement unilaterally upon notice.
10.1. This Offer takes effect upon publication at https://wmark.me and remains in force until withdrawn by the Provider.
10.2. The Provider may amend the Offer at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.3. The Agreement is effective for the paid subscription period; for the free plan, it is effective indefinitely until the Client's account is deleted or the Provider ceases operations.
11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
11.2. Disputes are subject to mandatory pre-trial settlement. The response period for a complaint is 10 (ten) business days. Unresolved disputes are referred to a court at the Provider's location in accordance with Russian law.
